Hi, I'm Kat.


Mom of four and professional baby snuggler, lover of anything I deem vibey and self-proclaimed perfectionist.


My newborn studio is located in Plainfield, IN. Serving all of Indianapolis and beyond. I've been photographing families and babes since 2006 and newborns are my specialty. There is just something I love so much about photographing and posing them. There is nothing more fleeting like those first few weeks of life. I know all too well how easy it can be to forget all those special moments when mixed with endless diapers and sleepless nights.


I also am obsessed with storytelling family sunset sessions. I want to help plan the outfits, location and truly create emotional magic with you.


When I'm not photographing babies you can find me at home bingeing a Netflix series or just hanging out with my crazy crew! I am an introvert at heart and love being at home. I love the ocean, interior design, plants, coffee. moody lighting and a good book.

This is my second time taking my pictures with Katie and im in love with them. My first time was for my baby girl's newborn session and she did absolutely amazing I remember the first time I saw them I almost cried the pictures were gorgeous they captured every detail and it is hard to find someone that actually takes the time and effort to capture a picture that your customer is going to love when they see it... She has so much patience and you can see she enjoys what she does. Highly recommend her!
